EASILY! Phone cards are readily available and fairly inexpensive. You can utilise these phone cards on pay phones or on your hotel room phone. Many of your tours also include a phone card which you will be given at the airport upon arrival.

Visa's are sometimes required and sometimes not. Normally if you are participating in one of our trips we take care of processing your visa. This why we ask for a copy of your passport with your deposit (or as available). Rest assured if we need you to take care of your own visa it will be clearly stated in all trip communications!
 

Travel insurance is left to individual discretion, if you do not purchase travel insurance and for some reason need to leave the trip early your unused portion of the trip is non-refundable and you may incur some additional travel costs returning home. Most students do not take out travel insurance policies. Some credit card agencies, homeowner's insurance policies, or other insurance avenues have provisions for traveler's insurance. Before purchasing an additional policy, we advise that you investigate the details of your current coverages.
