Sports Travel Academy
Amanda takes care of many day-to-day office responsibilities, including accounting, coordinating group flights and tour bookings, assisting with promotional projects, and monitoring and updating our website. She has also taken on the role on expanding our programs offered to Sport Medicine & Athletic Training Departments. Amanda has also worked as a tour guide with groups in Australia & the USA. She obtained a BS degree in Sports Medicine/Exercise Sports Science from Elon University, NC and a clinical doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from the University of St Augustine. As a student, Amanda too studied abroad in Australia and is a firm believer that international travel and studying abroad are “one of the best ways to broaden your educational experience and to expand your own personal horizons through cultural exchange.” Amanda coined the phrase “The World is Your Classroom” which has become synonymous with the Sport Travel Academy student study abroad programs.
